๐ŸŒ™ Weekly Yawnathon: Mon 8:30 PM โ€” in 1032 min

For organisations

GIVE US ONE WEEK

What could we learn about your organisation in five working days โ€” and what could begin changing when virtually everyone participates?

The shape of the week

Five working days, one shared experience

Day 1โ€“2

Train 4โ€“6 internal Ambassadors

We train a small group from inside your organisation so the experience stays yours long after the week ends.

Day 3โ€“5

Run staff experiences in groups of about 20

One group comes in, participates and leaves. The next group arrives. Across the week a large proportion of the workforce shares the same experience.

Session length

30 minutes minimum, 60 preferred

Short enough to fit around operations, long enough to actually notice what happens.

Then

Gather feedback and participation data

Structured feedback, themes and patterns โ€” the material a Cultural Snapshot is built from.

Count

See your own yawning tally

Your organisation keeps its own tally, and where appropriate contributes to the wider global count without double-counting.

Report

A bespoke Cultural Snapshot

What emerged, in the language your people used โ€” reported state, participation, connection, creativity, communication and recurring themes.

Verify

You check the findings

The organisation tells us how accurately the findings reflect the workplace they recognise.

Next

An optional deeper programme

Together we decide whether there is anything worth exploring more deeply.

DON'T JUST SEND SIX PEOPLE ON A WELLBEING DAY. GIVE THE WIDER WORKFORCE THE EXPERIENCE โ€” AND LEAVE PEOPLE INSIDE THE ORGANISATION EQUIPPED TO CONTINUE IT.

A Cultural Snapshot reflects what participants reported. It is not a diagnosis or a clinical assessment.
