Borough-wide wave
Tue 10 Nov — The Great Big Yawn wave
Indicative planning figures for the pilot proposal — no organisation is named publicly until they opt in.
Three free quests to try, then the full journey opens for members
These first three weeks show how the quest feels. The full 12-week journey across the borough stays behind the scenes and unlocks when your organisation becomes a member — part of the Elite programme.
Week 1 Quest
Switch the Conversation
What conversation are we bored of repeating without anything changing?
Yawn out "nothing ever changes" and replace it with one brave "What if…?"
Film a 20-second "old sentence / new sentence" switch-up.
Week 2 Quest
What Does Safe Feel Like?
What helps your body, street, workplace or relationship feel genuinely safe?
Permission yawn — notice shoulders and jaw — name one everyday safety action.
Show one ordinary place or behaviour that helps people feel included and safe.
Week 3 Quest
Strength Without Control
Where did we learn that strength means control, silence or always having the answer?
Yawn out the performance of having it sorted; name one form of caring strength.
Ask a man or boy: "What is the strongest caring thing you have seen someone do?"
Unlock the full 12-week quest
Members get all 9 remaining weekly quests, badge tracking, the borough-wide yawn wave and a long-term pathway for your borough.
9 more weekly quests unlock for members — kept behind the scenes until then.
Borough-wide = the Elite programme
Ambassador training day
Before Week 1, every quest host and partner lead completes a short training session — safeguarding, facilitation, the permission-led yawnathon and how to respond and refer. No one hosts alone.
Built for the people who hold communities together
Whether you're a local charity, a community trust or a small CIC, there's a low-risk, low-cost way in — and a clear pathway to something long-term.
Free Wednesday community days
No booking, no cost — bring your group to garden, connect and yawn together.
Playful and radical
Bold, creative, permission-led fun — designed to spark curiosity and connection, not box-ticking.
Group booking route
Affordable half-day, full-day and overnight site hire — or bring your own facilitator.
Surrounding boroughs welcome
You don't have to be from here — trusts, charities and CICs across the region are invited.
Who could make this happen
A searchable directory by town, audience and activity. Only organisations that opt in and approve their own profile appear publicly — no one is listed without consent.
